When you buy a new bicycle for your child, place a picture of him/her into the handlebar before you put on th hand grips. This way if the bike is lost or stolen, and when you find it, that is your proof of ownership.

Removing scuff marks off the flooor. Get a tennis ball, place a slit into it and place onto of your broome, when you come across a scuff mark while sweeping, just turn the broome over and buff it out.

Going on a picnic, fill a clean milk container with water and freeze. Put in the cooler to keep things cold, and once it is melted you have fresh cold water to drink.

Place a few tennis balls into the dryer when drying heavy jackets, pillows and blankets to fluff them up. 

Use a soft paintbrush to brush the sand off kids after they come out of the sandbox.

Making candy, don't make it on a rainy day. The extra moisture in the air will keep it from hardening correctly.

Take baby powder to the beach. Keep a small bottle of baby powder in your beach bag. When you're ready to leave the beach sprinkle yourself and kids with the powder and the sand will slide right off your skin.

 

When you buy a container of cake frosting from the store, whip it with your mixer for a few minutes. You can double it in size. You get to frost more cake/cupcakes with the same amount. You also eat less sugar/calories per
serving.
