Contest Format

Contest length: 

  • 600 million points.


Contest date:

  • The contest will start  at midnight November 1st (Eastern Time US) and end when each team reaches 600 million points.


Registration:
  • Participants must fold only under their own folding name for team 111065.
  • Participants must report the PPD they anticipate producing in the contest.


Teams:

  • Initially there will be 4 teams in the contest.
    • Each team will represent a time zone.
      • Eastern
      • Central
      • Mountain
      • Pacific
    • Participants from outside the U.S. will be distributed among time zones
    • Teams with fewer members may be combined to create a more competitive contest
  • Each team will have the option of electing a captain.


Contest Format:

  • The contest will be a straight points race between all teams.  First team to 600 million points wins!

Points:

  • Each contestant should report a projected PPD they can fold.
