Timbercrest Estates is located in Troy, Michigan and was founded in 2003. This neighborhood has an active neighborhood association, many long term residents, and many residents with a myriad of age ranges. The sub includes a beautiful, well maintained private park. In short, Timbercrest is a great place to live and raise a family!
As part of the city of Troy, residents enjoy top ranked schools, beautiful parks, nearby shopping, unparalleled community safety and easy access to almost everything. All members of the Board are volunteers supporting the Timbercrest Estates Subdivision Association as outlined in the by-laws which should have been provided to each homeowner at closing.
