About the Journal 
The International Journal of Educational and Psychological Assessment (TIJEPA) is an international, refereed, and abstracted journal that publishes empirical reports in the fields of education and psychology focused on assessment, measurement, and evaluation studies. Contributors from different institutions are welcome to submit relevant and significant manuscripts for review and publication. The articles include empirical studies, theoretical, and methodological articles about measurement of a construct, scale or test development, measurement and mathematical models of an educational/psychological construct, best practices, techniques, and approaches in assessment, evaluation studies, and validation of instruments.
The articles in the journal are open access to different users in different countries around the world. Knowledge produced in the journal is meant for all scholars specialized within the field of measurement, testing, assessment, and evaluation. In order to contribute rapidly in the advancement of theories in education and psychology, the journal should be accessible for all.     
TIJEPA publish articles that tackle empirical reports, scholarly reviews, and assessment policies within the domain of education and psychological assessment, measurement, and evaluation. Varied use of methodologies, educational levels, and approaches to assessment are acceptable. The readership of journal looks at the theoretical and practical implications of the assessment results on a variety of fields such as education, schooling, and educational psychology. Articles that focus on the relevance of assessment, measurement, and evaluation in various educational and psychological settings are preferred. Articles that shape and contributes in both theory and practice of assessment are needs to be highlighted.

The journal release volumes three times a year: April, August, and December. The full articles are published on-line one month before the date of release.
Peer Review Policy
All articles appearing in the volumes are peer reviewed. Each article submitted is screened by the editor and then sent for peer review. The reviewer remains anonymous to the authors.

The International Journal of Educational and Psychological Assessment publish articles and studies three times a year.
