Stifling free speech

 Yes they are stifling free speech, they have shown through their speeches (the extent of their power) that despite living in a democracy they have followed the lead of totalitarian governments when it comes to free speech.

If 'democracy' 'freedom' are important..... then I pray His Holiness would publicly comment on this issue.

Thank you 'TPR' for this article, we should all be deeply concerned and outraged with the happenings in Dharamsala.
