Tianye Li  (李天野)

Hey, I am a second-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at University of Southern California (USC), working with my advisor Hao Li. My research focus is in computer vision and computer graphics, especially in capturing, modeling and understanding human face and body.

From Fall 2016 to Spring 2017, I visited the Perceiving Systems Department of Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems at Tübingen, Germany, working with Timo Bolkart, Javier Romero, and Michael J. Black.

In May 2015, I received master degree in Electrical Engineering with honor from USC. I focused on computer vision and machine learning. After graduation, I worked in the Dolby Vision team at Dolby Laboratories, in Burbank, CA.

Before USC, I studied signal processing at Xidian UniversityXi'an, China and received bachelor degree in Electronic and Information Engineering in 2013. I interned at Open Lab & Solution Center, Agilent Technologies (now Keysight Technologies), Shanghai, China.
