The Thursday Knights Chess Group provides a place to play chess in a casual environment. All experience levels are welcome.
We have some chess sets available. Bring your chess clock if you have one.
Schedule
The Thursday Knights chess group generally meets on the second Thursday of each month from 7:00 PM to about 10:00 PM Central time.
Important: Send an email to ThursdayKnightsCC@gmail.com to be added to our mailing list and receive periodic email reminders.

Note: In-person meetings of the Thursday Knights Chess Group have resumed, after being on hiatus during the COVID-19 lockdown. Please note that our meetings will be subject to protocols established by Christ Church. Practice social distancing, frequent hand washing, etc. to the extent possible.
As noted above, it is important that you get on our email mailing list to receive notifications regarding our monthly meetings as well as other important information about the club. In the meantime, everyone be safe!

The chess group will meet in the second floor Library (former café) at Christ Church. Enter the building through the South entrance.
Elevator is available.

Directions from the North
Take I-43 South to Exit 89
Turn right onto West Pioneer Rd. (County Rd. C)
Turn left onto N. Port Washington Rd. (County Rd. W)
Go 1.1 miles south on N. Port Washington Rd.
Christ Church is on the left immediately after Bonniwell Rd.
Directions from the West
From US-41/45 take Exit 54
Take Route 167 East (Lannon Rd.; merges onto Mequon Rd.)
Go east on Mequon Rd. (Rt. 167) for approximately 10 miles.
Turn left onto N. Port Washington Rd. (County Rd. W)
Go 2.9 miles north on N. Port Washington Rd.
Christ Church is on the right just before Bonniwell Rd.
Directions from the South (Milwaukee)
Take I-43 North approximately 13½ miles to Exit 85
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left.
Go 0.2 miles west to N. Port Washington Rd. (County Rd. W)
Turn right onto N. Port Washington Rd.
Go 2.9 miles north on N. Port Washington Rd.
Christ Church is on the right just before Bonniwell Rd.
