who am i? day 6: Shooting Interviews

Adding voice to your story

1. Your Homework is OPTIONAL.

2. You can choose to shoot a short interview.

3. Or, you can keep working on your "who am i" project.

4. View the Interview guide.

5. View your storyboard.

6. View your narration segment.

7. Check your list of shots and think do you want to be on camera for part of your story?

8. An interview is a one-on-one conversation with your audience, do you want this part of your story?

9. Your interview is OPTIONAL. this means you can do this or not.

10. If you choose to NOT do an interview, please take today to catch up with your B-ROLL shots that were discussed Friday (day5).

11. If you are trying to to shoot an interview on your phone remember sound and video are 2 different things.

12. If you have a second phone, use that phone on voice recorder mode to record your voice clearly. Try to keep one camera or phone well framed with the other phone in your pocket or close to you so it will pick up your sound.

13. Remember, the farther your camera or phone is away from you, the harder it will be to hear the sound.

14. Trim your interview into a segment that you want to use for your story.

15. Rename your interview to First Name, Last Name, Period, Project Title and upload to the folder.
