Larb

1 pound of ground pork
2 garlic cloves
1 inch or more of fresh ginger
Chinese garlic chile sauce
chicken broth
green onions
Bean sprouts optional
cilantro
thai red chili peppers
rice or rice noodles

Squeeze of fresh lime (optional)

Saute the ground pork until no longer pink.  Add the minced garlic
minced and or julienned ginger and the white part of the green onions.  Cook for a minute.  Add the chile sauce (to taste), a little chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes on low.   Add the chopped green part of the onions, cilantro and thinnly sliced red thai peppers.  Add bean sprouts if using.
