Chicken Yakitori

Chicken Breast cut into cubes
Green onions ( 1 1/2 white part)
Wooden Skewers Soaked in water.

3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons mirin
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Grated ginger
Grated garlic
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and Pepper

Mix sauce ingredients together.  Add half the sauce to the chicken cubes. Let marinate for about 30 minutes.

Put remaining sauce in a small sauce pan and simmer on low until reduced  and slightly thickened.

Thread chicken breast cubes on to skewer with green onions.

Grill over medium heat until chicken is cooked.  Brush with remaining sauce and cook for a minute longer.  Remove from grill and serve with rice or noodles.
