Butter Tarts - #2

Butter Tarts

1/2 cup soft butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 extra large egg - beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
pinch of salt

Mix butter and brown sugar together.
Stir in corn syrup.  A pinch of salt.  Add beaten egg and vanilla. Stir well.

Fill tart shells 2/3rds full.

Bake in 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.   Do not over bake.
