Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness, as taught by Yogi Bhajan: the focus of this workshop will be a blend of breath work, movement & postures, chanting & meditation, resulting in an overall sense of relaxation and well-being. Karen says, "the practice of this yoga can give you the strength, courage, and radiance to meet all of life's challenges with grace."
Suitable for first timers and all levels.
