Sadhana, the Sanskrit word for practice, reflects the commitment we make to our spiritual growth on this path.

This class series is designed to help you move into a meditative flow, the hallmark of Kripalu Yoga.  It will strengthen your ability to quiet the mind, open the heart, and access your intuitive wisdom.

This class will begin with a teaching, and then we will move into Prana warm-ups and a guided flow. There will be time for individual flow/posture practice, a guided meditation, and time for silent meditation or Restorative Yoga (your choice), and integration.  You may choose to bring a journal to class to record reflections/insights that often arise with this type of practice.

Suitable for students with approximately 6 months or more of practice in any style of hatha yoga.
