Restorative Yoga for Deep Relaxation: pre-Holiday program
Meets 2nd Monday of the month, November 14 and December, 12, at 6:30 p.m. Please register ahead (Workshops/Special Series) as space is limited for this class.

All Level Yoga classes are a blend of Kripalu & Yin Yoga. Many classes include some Restorative Yoga as well. Click on "Our Classes" for a description of the types of Yoga we offer.
New Class: Slow Flow & Restorative starts Thursday, October 27, 6:30-8:00 p.m. A 50/50 blend: In this class you will learn a slow flowing sequence of Yoga postures to gently stimulate and nourish all systems in the body and prepare you for a deep release of tension and quieting of the mind in Restorative Yoga. No experience necessary. Beginners are welcome. Take this class as a 4 week series (Oct. 27 - Nov. 17) or drop-in.
