Darden Primary Center

Darden is the school that covers our area, and children within this age range will automatically be assigned to this school unless they are accepted into a Magnet program, or have a request approved to transfer elsewhere. Darden is a very good public school attended by many children within the Village.

Madison Primary Center

Madison is an excellent choice for children coming to Notre Dame without a strong English language background. Request needs to be made through the school district (574-283-8000) for a child to be assigned to Madison rather than Darden. 

Kennedy Primary Academy

Kennedy is a Magnet school (meaning students are drawn from the entire school district to attend) focused on more a rigorous academic curriculum. Interested parents must fill out an application (due in early December) and students will be tested during the spring for admission the following year.

Clay is the school that covers our area, and children within this age range will automatically be assigned to this school unless they are accepted into a Magnet program, or have a request approved to transfer elsewhere. Clay has strong academic, social, and athletic programs. 

LaSalle Middle School
