Upcoming Tree Trimming! 

IMPORTANT REMINDER: PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN YOUR DRIVEWAY OR ON PORTSIDE DRIVE ON JULY 26 & 27 AND CHECK THAT YOUR GATES ARE UNLOCKED

Duffy's Total Care Lawn Service, Inc will be trimming the Tides palms and hardwood trees on July 26 and July 27. PLEASE DO NOT PARK CARS IN YOUR DRIVEWAY OR ON PORTSIDE DRIVE ON JULY 26 - 27 AND CHECK THAT YOUR GATES ARE UNLOCKED SO THERE’S NO BLOCKED ACCESS FOR DUFFY’S TOTAL CARE LAWN SERVICE.  This will help expedite Duffy's work.  Anticipate a start time around 08:00 to 08:30 AM.  

The first trim of our palms was done on March 13, 2018.  When the second trim is completed, each homeowner will receive an invoice for both the March and July trimmings.  Payment will be due upon receipt of your invoice.  Attached is a spreadsheet detailing the amounts each homeowner will be billed.  If you have any questions about the trees listed for your home, please contact Jay Steinberg at j0275@optonline.net 

Florida Tax Free Weekend: August 3-5, 2018 

The Florida Sales Tax Holiday kicks off Friday, August 3, 2018 at 12:01 AM and will end Sunday August 5, 2018 at 11:59 PM.

·       CLOTHING Up to $60 each

·       SHOES Up to $60 per pair

·       SCHOOL SUPPLIES Up to $15 each

Immunization, or vaccination, helps prevent dangerous and sometimes deadly diseases. To stay protected against serious illnesses like the flu, measles, and pneumonia, adults need to get their shots – just like kids do.

National Immunization Awareness Month is a great time to promote vaccines and remind family, friends, and coworkers to stay up to date on their shots.
