Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus

2 Cans of Chickpeas {Garbanzo Beans} - rinsed & drained
1 Jar of Roasted Red Bell Peppers - drained
Salt & Pepper to taste
1-2 Tbls Sesame Seed Oil - to taste
  1. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas & peppers; sprinkle with salt & pepper
  2. Turn on the processor, pureeing the two ingredients together
  3. Scrape down the sides
  4. Turn the processor on again, and stream in the sesame seed oil {not too much though because sesame seed oil is very strong}
  5. Refrigerate {I think it tastes better chilled}
