1Cup Margerine
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
6 oz can of Limeade {I took my straight out of the freezer & dumped it in}
1 Lime zested
2 3/4 Cups-3 Cups Flour
2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
  •  In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, lime zest, and limeade
  • Sift together the dry ingredients
  • With the mixer on, slowly add in your dry ingredients; add enough flour to make a thicker dough.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes; let cookies cool slightly on baking sheet & then transfer to wire rack
  • Devour immediately or top with some Lime curd
