This is the official website of The Talking Propellerheads.  The site is under construction. Please come back at a later time for more information on the Prop Tops.

The Talking Propellerheads were a "corporate" band at Data General in the 1980's and 1990's. They consisted of former Systems Engineers and Sales people. They played at many industry events and made videos for Sales meetings. Their material spoofed their competition, Sales in general and themselves. They existed from 1984 to 1996 and played in cities across the US. They opened for the Beach Boys for 7,000 people in San Francisco at the Uniforum trade show. They were featured on Casey Kasem's American Top 40 radio program as the "hottest band in computer land."  They were also known as the PropTops and TPHeads.
