Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Sour cream, for serving (optional)
  • Rice, for serving (optional)

Place frozen chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning.

Combine cream of chicken soup and salsa. Pour over chicken.

Cook for 6-8 hours on Low. Once done, you can either shred the chicken or serve whole.

 
Serve over rice and top with sour cream.
