Lighter Baked Fish Sticks


  • 1 lb. tilapia filets, cut into strips
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 3 eggs, whisked

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

In a pie plate, combine the panko, seasoned salt and garlic powder. Add the eggs to a separate pie plate. Add the flour to a separate plate.

Dip each filet strip into the flour and shake off excess. Coat with the eggs and then dip into the panko, coating completely. Transfer to the baking sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve with Tartar Sauce.
