Doritos Taco Bake


  • 1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 package low sodium taco seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom or chicken soup
  • 1/2 bag of (11 oz.) bag Cool Ranch Doritos, slightly crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Brown the ground beef with the garlic. Drain and add back into the skillet. Add the taco seasoning and water (as directed on the seasoning packet). Cook according to package directions then turn off heat to allow to thicken slightly.

In a bowl, mix together milk, cheese, sour cream, salsa, black beans and cream of mushroom soup. Stir in ground beef mixture.

In a 2qt. casserole dish, layer 1/3 Doritos, 1/2 of beef mixture, 1/3 Doritos, remaining 1/2 of beef mixture and then remaining Doritos. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
