Black Bean Hummus


  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth. Let sit for 15 minutes. Serve with iceberg lettuce wedges, chips, crackers, celery, carrots or cucumbers.
