News – During the months of May - September, I will be publishing on this site a series of clues to help you solve “The Quest for the Prize”.
The first clues are now available.
Try and solve these clue and then, together with the clues that are already hidden within the book, use the results to try and solve the mystery of what is the Prize, and where it is hidden.
CLUE ONE is a riddle, to help you work out how many of the Verses are incorrectly solved...
The outfit gone, no way – but it’s true,
she told him so, just like I told you.
But of course; there’s five, not ten, not more,
so that is why it’s half the score.
A right furore began to unfold,
when he understood what he’d been told.
I’m too mixed up, too wrong I meant,
so work it out; it’s time well spent.
Now it grows, it’s coming clear,
rigid – so soft, it must appear.
They’re mad, why not, it must be a clue,
from that, stems knowledge of what to do.
