Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

- 2 Tblsp coconut butter

- 2 Tblsp peanut butter

- 2 Tblsp cocoa powder (I used cacao powder for an added superfood boost!)

- 1/2 medium VERY ripe banana

- eensy weensy pinch of salt (optional)

Blend up all ingredients in a small blender or food processor. I used the mini bowl for my Ninja to make this. Spread into small container, freeze or refrigerate to firm.

As an optional topping I mixed a large scoop of peanut butter, powdered sugar to taste, and a little almond milk for consistency.  YUM.  Makes a quick and easy type of frosting.
