BBQ Grilled BBQ Chicken Nachos

thin tortilla chips [like Xochitl]

cooked chicken, chopped or shredded

sweet onion slices

red pepper slices

extra sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

BBQ sauce

Line a baking pan with foil and fill with chips.  Top with chicken, onion and pepper slices.  Drizzle with BBQ sauce.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Put on grill grate over medium coals and close lid.  Check after 10 minutes and continue until nachos are desired doneness.  Or bake at 350 in the oven.  Servings vary according to amount of ingredients
