Hi Everyone

I have decided that due to continuing issues with the Google Sites platform, I will no longer be updating this website.

I have attempted to correct the issues with the search box and links, but with no response from Google, I have no alternative but the close the site.

Videos and updates will continue as normal via YouTube and other social media sites, but links and updates will no longer be posted here.

INGREDIENTS IN THIS DISH:

1kg of Chicken Pieces (I used Wingettes and Drumettes)
1/3 Cup of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Honey
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic
1 Tablespoon of Crushed Ginger
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/3 Cup of Bourbon


Preparation Time:  About 10 minutes (plus marinating time)
Cooking Time: About 40 minutes

SERVES APPROX. 8 PEOPLE (as a snack)

1 Tablespoon of Honey

NOTE: Technically this is 7 Ingredients, but I decided to count the alcohol ingredients as one - I'm such a cheater hahaha ;)
