September is nearing and it is once again Farm-to-Table dinner time at the Old 1862 Ranch. We are so appreciative that year after year both old and new friends alike continue to attend our dinners. It has been such a pleasure seeing familiar faces from year to year! Tickets to the 2016 dinner will soon be available online. We encourage you to buy your tickets early as we sell out every year. We think we have created an exciting menu this year and hope you will enjoy it. Our only request is that you order wisely if you have any food allergies or sensitivities. We are back to putting on two farm-to-table dinners this year. The first dinner is Labor Day weekend, on Saturday, September 5, 2015 and the second dinner is Saturday, September 12, 2015.
Appetizers, cocktails and Agi-tours start at 5pm both nights. We sit down to dinner at 6:30pm.

Another year gone by and it is time to start planning our next Farm-to-Table dinner! This year there will be only one dinner, Saturday, September 13th. We have a great menu planned this year, serving lamb for the first time! Hope to see you there!!
We are pleased to announce the third annual Farm-to-Table dinner at the Old 1862 Ranch, on September 7th and 14th 2013. This year, Chef April Woodward will be offering an expanded menu. This is a year of several firsts for our Farm-To-Table dinner. We will be working with culinary students from TMCC this year, utilizing their skills as prep staff and wait staff; please help us welcome them to the Ranch. We look forward to seeing old friends and making new friends!
Prices this year will remain the same, $75 per person, $150 per couple. We are asking everyone to choose their entree at the time they buy their ticket. The PayPal website will prompt you to do just that.
Last year's Farm to Table dinner was an amazing success. Despite a little rain in the afternoon, the sky cleared and the evening was wonderful. Sixty people sat on the patio, some under the grapevine, some under the stars, all enjoying the fabulous food prepared by our executive chef, April Woodward and staff. Everyone asked if we were going to do this again and YES, we are; this year we have decided to expand our event into TWO evenings; Saturday, September 8th and Saturday, September 15th. Our menu for this year will feature homegrown melons, eggplant, squash, onions, herbs, and potatoes, all freshly harvested for both evenings.

Choose either date: Saturday, September 8th OR Saturday, September 15th 2012. Time: 5:00 to 6:30pm: Agri-Tours and Appetizers. 6:30 to 8:30 pm: Dinner.
