Saturdays: 3rd September 2016 (Labor Day) and 10th September 2016


$170 per couple, $85 for individual ticket. Seating is limited so buy your ticket early! 
Dress is casual, but please wear closed toe shoes and bring a jacket, it can get chilly once the sun goes down.

1. Pork Tenderloin with Date and Cilantro Relish--Roasted pork tenderloin,sliced and topped with a relish made of dates, cilantro and orange juice.  The side is a medley of sweet potatoes, new potatoes, green beans and herbs.

2. Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Stacks - Lightly seasoned grilled chicken breast atop a stack of grilled red bell peppers, eggplant and zucchini tossed with olive oil and lemon juice with pesto aioli.

3. Vegetarian Dinner - Savoury Swiss Chard Tart (shallots, Swiss chard, eggs, creme fraiche, Gruyere cheese, golden raisins and pine nuts in a pastry shell) served with a mixed green salad.
