Scope:

This document covers the process used to manage the vice president duties of the 3M Personal Computer Club.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • In the absence of the President, or if the President is unable to fulfill the duties of the Office or complete the Term of Office, the Vice President shall assume the duties of the President.

  • Observe the president duties to prepare for when the president leaves.

  • You do not have to know anything about PCs. The other officers are there to help.

  • While Vice President, the time needed is only the 1 hour board meeting per month.
