Purpose:

To define the procedures and instructions for the 3M Personal Computer Club – President

3M Club – 3M organization that manages a variety of individual sports and activity organizations

PCC - Personal Computer Club

Scope:

This document covers the process used to manage the president duties of the 3M Personal Computer Club.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The President shall preside at monthly board meetings. About 2 hours per month to prepare and attend the monthly meetings.

  • The President shall schedule the meeting room and virtual link for the meeting. Currently the first Monday of the month unless it is a holiday. Meetings usually held in building 275 from 11:30-12:30.

  • The President shall make appointments to fill vacancies in elective offices, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.

  • The President shall appoint the chairpersons of various committees as needed for the purpose of carrying out the activity club’s functions and activities.

  • The President shall preside over the Audit Committee and may NOT sign checks in the absence of the Treasurer.

  • All expenditures over $50.00 require approval of the President and Treasurer.

  • Be the main contact between the PCC and 3M Club.
