To define the procedures and instructions for the 3M Personal Computer Club – President

Scope:
This document covers the process used to manage the president duties of the 3M Personal Computer Club.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The President shall preside at monthly board meetings. About 2 hours per month to prepare and attend the monthly meetings.
The President shall schedule the meeting room and virtual link for the meeting. Currently the first Monday of the month unless it is a holiday. Meetings usually held in building 275 from 11:30-12:30.
The President shall make appointments to fill vacancies in elective offices, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
The President shall appoint the chairpersons of various committees as needed for the purpose of carrying out the activity club’s functions and activities.
The President shall preside over the Audit Committee and may NOT sign checks in the absence of the Treasurer.
All expenditures over $50.00 require approval of the President and Treasurer.
Be the main contact between the PCC and 3M Club.
