• • Order or pickup food and supplies – club reimburses all expenses.

  • Coordinate other helpers

Beverage Person (April Sandwich, July Picnic, and November Pizza)

• • Buy water, pop and ice buying.

  • Submit bill to PCC for reimbursement

  • Pre-chilling the night before.

  • Make signs for coolers.

  • Load beverages into coolers with ice.

  • Setting up at the site.

  • Cleanup after.
