This year’s festival boasts performances by Leevon DeCourley & Friends, The Gipson Family, the Hovis Brothers, Janie Brown and the Chestnut Mountain Gang, Whitewater Bluegrass Band and many others. Thank you to the musicians donating their time and energy to this exciting show. Come enjoy a special fundraiser menu from the Mayfield Cafe to include chili or dogs for $2.

Proceeds are to help support programming and operations at the Mayfield Cultural Center, a project of the Will Mayfield Heritage Foundation, a 501(c) 3 non profit.

Renovations on the 1884 Mayfield Smith Academy are nearing completion. The two story, four classroom school was run after 1903 by the Saint Francis Baptists Association as the Will Mayfield College. In 1909 a chapel was added to the school and in 1924 it was renovated with the addition of a stage. A gallery and gift shop are located on the main floor with a ballroom and café on the second floor. The chapel and ballroom are available for private parties, weddings and events in addition to the ongoing programs provided to the public. For additional information please call (573)238-8515.

The Bollinger County Museum of Natural History, home of the Missouri dinosaur, is next door at 207 Mayfield Drive in Marble Hill and is housed in the Arts & Sciences building of the former campus. Both buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We are located 12.5 miles from the Bollinger Mill State Historic Site, a Civil War era grist mill and covered bridge.

The Mayfield Cultural Center is a project of the Will Mayfield Heritage Foundation and is a 501(c)3 non profit organization. We appreciate your support!
