Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Pies

Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Pies:

*Prep Time:  10 min.  *Cook Time: 2 hours *Difficulty:  Easy  *Servings:  12 Pies


  • 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 King Sized Package of Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Minis
  • 1 8 oz. block of Cream Cheese, room temperature
  • 1 container of Cool Whip
  • 1 c. Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 c. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, peanut butter, cool whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla. 
  2. With a stand or hand mixer, mix until everything this is smooth and frothy.  
  3. In your cupcake tin, line each section with a wrapper.
  4. Place a Reese's Cup in the bottom of each section. 
  5. Now add the peanut butter pie filling to each cup, leveling it out with a knife. 
  6. Chop the mini Reese's cups into pieces and sprinkle on the top of each pie.  
  7. Place in the freezer for 2 hours to overnight.  
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
