Perfect Pico de Gallo

Perfect Pico de Gallo:

*Prep Time:  15 min.  *Cook Time:  --  *Difficulty:  Easy  *Servings:  8 cups 


  •  5 Roma Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Red Onion, diced
  • 1/2 of a Jalapeno Pepper, with the ribs a seeds removed, and diced
  • 4-6 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime zest, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cilantro.  
  2. Stir everything together and taste for seasoning.  
  3. Make any adjustments you feel it needs. 
  4. Serve and Enjoy!
