Made-From-Scratch Brownies

Made-From-Scratch Brownies:
*Prep Time: 10 min.  *Cook Time: 30 min.  *Difficulty:  Easy  *Servings: 9-12

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/3 c. All Purpose Flour
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1 c. Chocolate Chips
  • 3/4 c. Cocoa Powder
  • 2/3 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Instant Coffee
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 4 Eggs (Slightly Beaten)

Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in a sieve.  
  3. Sift into a large mixing bowl.
  4. To the dry ingredients add the vanilla, eggs, and oil.
  5. Mix and fold the batter together using a rubber spatula so that you do not over mix.
  6. To a greased baking dish, add the batter.
  7. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes.
  9. Sever and enjoy!
