Horseradish Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Horseradish Mashed Potatoes:

  • 6-7 Medium Red Potatoes
  • 1 c. Cream
  • 1 Stick of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Horseradish
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Seasoning Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  1. To begin wash and dice your potatoes.
  2. Place the diced potatoes into a pot and fill with water until the potatoes are covered by and inch of water. 
  3. Add the tsp of salt to the water and bring to a boil. 
  4. Cook the potatoes for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender.*
  5. Once the potatoes are fully cooked, drain and return to pot or mixing bowl. 
  6. Add HALF the stick of butter, horseradish, seasoning salt, and pepper. 
  7. Add HALF of the cream and begin mashing your potatoes.  Add the rest of the cream as needed to get your desired texture.  
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
