Crock-Pot Mississippi Pot Roast

Crock-Pot Mississippi Pot Roast Recipe:

  • 3-4 lb Chuck Roast
  • 1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 1 Packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
  • 1 Packet of Onion Soup Mix
  • 6-8 Whole Pepperoncini Pepper
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  1. Place the chuck roast into a crock-pot. 
  2. Mix all of the seasoning packets together and sprinkle all over the chuck roast in the crock-pot. 
  3. Place the peppers on top of the chuck roast. 
  4. Place the stick of butter on the chuck roast.
  5. Place the lid on the crock-pot and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
  6. Remove the roast from the crock-pot and shred the beef with forks.
  7. Return the shredded beef to the gravy.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
