Chicken Tortellini Bake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cube 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and brown in a little olive oil.
While they are browning boil some water and prepare frozen cheese tortellini as per package directions.
At the last minute throw a cup or so of frozen mixed vegetables in with the tortellini and leave them there for a minute or two, then drain the mixture.
Mix chicken, tortellini, veggies, and one container of garlic Philly cooking cream in a bowl.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
