We are committed to keeping our spay/neuter clinic operating at a normal capacity so that we can continue to provide the community with high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter surgeries, especially as we enter kitten and puppy season. We are still booking surgery appointments, and have space as early as this coming week. As always, you may bring two feral/community cats daily without an appointment. Social distancing only applies to human interactions, so trapping feral and community cats could be a great way to help out in the upcoming weeks! Please reschedule ONLY if absolution necessary.

CHANGES: Our clinic is temporarily modifying our check-in and check-out process to eliminate crowd gathering.

PAPERWORK: Complete the form that will be emailed to you and submit. If you are unable to complete, we will have a hard copy for you at check in.

PAYMENT: You can pay at drop off or pick up. All statements will be emailed once surgery is complete and charges are finalized. You can then pay using credit/debit cards via the Payment Portal Page on our website.

PET DROP OFF: When you arrive, please let us know your name/pet name. We will take your pet from you one family at a time. Please be patient and do not crowd together. We anticipate this to go very quickly. CATS MUST BE IN A CRATE - PLEASE LABEL THE CRATE WITH YOUR NAME AND YOUR PET’S NAME.

We will follow this same protocol for releasing your pet back to you. You will be given written discharge instructions and it will be critical that you read those and follow them. In particular – please ensure your pet has a clean, dry place to recover. Please make sure they cannot lick or chew at their incision, and that they are not being too active during the 10-day recovery period. Check the incision twice daily and let us know if you see signs of infection. Each day the incision should look better, not worse. Do NOT put anything on the incision – no ointments, creams, ace bandages or tape. Human over-the-counter medications such as Aspirin, Tylenol or Advil are not safe for pets. If you wish for your pet to have pain medication, please order take home pain medication for $5 when you are dropping your pet off.

We are closely monitoring the recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Georgia Department of Public Health, and we will revise our procedures as needed. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to reach out to us directly at ‪770-304-7911‬ or e-mail Thank you!
