During his all too short life, John Lennon yearned for a world in which peace reigned with everyone living in tranquillity and calm. To quote the lyrics from Imagine “You may say I’m a dreamer, but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you’ll join us, and the world will live as one”.  He was a complex, intelligent and emotional figure. His quotes are still used today, and are maybe more relevant than ever, as the number of people striving to live a life of serenity are slowly but surely increasing.
