Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

serves 2 (1-cup servings)


1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 cup frozen sliced strawberries

1 medium banana, frozen and sliced (about 1 cup)


In a blender, combine the orange juice, yogurt, strawberries, and banana.  Blend until completely smooth.  Serve immediately.  Enjoy!
