Pineapple-Mango Smoothie

serves 2 (1-cup servings)


1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 

1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 cup frozen diced pineapple

1 cup frozen diced mango


In a blender, combine the orange juice, yogurt, pineapple, and mango.  Blend until completely smooth.  Serve immediately.  Enjoy!
