Pineapple-Blueberry Smoothie


serves 2 (1-cup servings)


1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup frozen blueberries


In a blender combine the coconut water, yogurt, pineapple, and blueberries.  Blend until completely smooth.  Serve immediately.  Enjoy!
