Hot Wings

18-24  Raw, Frozen Chicken Wings

Garlic Powder

1 cup Franks Hot Sauce

5-6 drops Tabasco Sauce

2-3 tablespoons softened Butter

Celery Sticks

Ranch Dip or dressing

Pan Spray

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2. Spray your cookie sheet, then place frozen wings on it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

3. While they are baking, make your sauce by pouring hot sauce in a bowl. Use a bowl large enough
to hold all the wings. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to sauce. Add a few drops of Tabasco. You can add
more of less depending on how hot you want your wings.

4. Mix everything together.  Take your wings out and place them in the bowl. Don't pour the wings from              the baking sheet. Take each wing out with tongs. You don't want the grease from the baking sheet.

5. Place your sauce in the bowl and  stir or flip to cover the wings.

6. Use another baking sheet, or clean the one you just used, and place the saucy wings on the baking
sheet just like you did the first time.  Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until they are as crisp as you want
       them to be.

7.   Make more sauce like you did earlier.

8.  Remove the wings from the oven and brush the new sauce on each wing.
Use more for hotter wings, less for milder wings.

9. Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
