The Former And Current Employees (FACE) of Amazon


UPDATE: Even more media attention!
In addition to our regular work, we've been helping a lot of reporters and researchers in recent months with articles in the media and academic journals. 


Here are two more public announcements:
1. A reporter from Mother Jones magazine is investigating tech companies denying worker's comp claims and medical care for their workers. 2. A French and Canadian documentary production is searching for current and former Amazon employees willing to share their stories of what it's like to work for Amazon on-camera. This full-length feature film documentary project digs into the "World of Amazon" for the public to learn the details of what goes on there and will be broadcasted internationally and in the international film festival circuit. Amazon has a management abuse problem. This was made clear in the August 2015 article by the New York Times. Even worse is that Amazon is in denial about this problem and claims that all employees should report their management problems to HR or to Jeff Bezos himself. This site documents the cases where Amazon managers have mistreated their employees and escalating only made it worse and never helped the employees deal with their bad managers. 

Amazon is a great company for its customers. It's about time that it became a great company for its really hard working employees as well.
