YOU CAN NOW ACCESS BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON YOUR CHECKING AND LOAN ACCOUNTS? ANYTIME, DAY OR NIGHT.
Elkhart State Bank is announcing a new electronic system that provides you with account information on your bank accounts from any touch-tone phone in the continental United States, 7 days a week. In addition to account information, you can transfer funds and obtain important bank information.
By using a touch-tone phone and using a Personal Identification Number (PIN), you can access your checking account balance, paid check information, deposit information and interest information. You also have access to your loan balance and the last and next payment information.
To utilize this system, all you have to do is call 1-800-765-4510, using a touch-tone phone and follow easy to use instructions. This is a toll free number. There is NO CHARGE for using the inquiry option on this system.
SOME HELPFUL HINTS TO USE WHEN CALLING CENTERVOICE:
1. Have your account number(s) available for the accounts you wish to access.
2. The first time you call, your Personal Information Number (PIN) will be the last four (4) digits of your social security number. For your security, please change your PIN upon initial access to CenterVoice. Please follow the prompts provided by CenterVoice. If you have trouble accessing your accounts, please contact us immediately at (903) 764-2243, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
3. When obtaining loan information, the borrower is your 7 digit customer number (this number begins with a 6 or 7), and then you will use your 5 digit note number (this number will begin with a 0). You may need to call the loan department for these numbers.
4. To utilize the Funds Transfer option, YOU MUST COME INTO THE BANK AND SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION FORM. This feature would allow you to transfer funds from one account to another over the phone. There is NO CHARGE for using this transfer option.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO TRANSFER FUNDS USING CENTERVOICE UNLESS YOU COME INTO THE BANK AND SIGN AN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO USE CENTERVOICE , PLEASE COME INTO THE BANK AND SIGN A FORM TO DELETE THIS SERVICE ON YOUR ACCOUNTS.
