Turkey Burgers

Makes 4 burgers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/4 onion, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 8 shakes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • toppings: cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, avocado

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into 4 patties. Cook on a hot grill, or in a skillet over medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 180°F. Serve on a toasted bun with toppings of your choice.
