Spätzle

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • about 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and beat well with a mixer. Fill the spätzle maker with a small portion of the dough and press slowly into a pot of boiling salt water. Remove when noodles float to the top. Drain and rinse with hot water.
  2. Add butter, parsley, and salt to taste.
