Southwestern Cob

From The Culinary Couple


  • corn on the cob, shucked
  • lime juice
  • chili powder
  • salt and pepper
  • crema Mexicana


  1. Spritz lime juice over the raw corn on the cob.
  2. Rub on chili powder, roughly 1/4 teaspoon per cob.
  3. Repeat with salt and pepper to liking.
  4. Grill for ~10 minutes.
  5. Pour on crema Mexicana and serve.
