Roasted Plums

  • 4 plums, pitted quartered
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 servings Greek yogurt
  • Drizzle of honey
  • Chopped almonds


  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine plums, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well.
  3. Pour plums onto the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring at least once, until plums are soft and juicy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  4. Scoop yogurt into serving bowls. Top with roasted plums, a drizzle of honey, and almonds. Serve immediately.
